17. Related Party Transactions:
The Company made sales to a customer where a family member of one of our executives had a minority ownership position. The minority ownership position has been terminated as of June 30, 2024. During the three months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, net sales to this customer totaled approximately zero and $0.5 million, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2024 and 2023, net sales to this customer totaled approximately $0.7 million and $1.0 million, respectively. Amounts due from this customer as of June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023 were approximately zero and less than $0.1 million, respectively, which was settled in cash subsequent to each period end. |
