15. Subsequent Events
On January 30, 2025, the Company received notice of termination of a distribution agreement from one of its vendors. This vendor relationship was acquired through a prior year acquisition and as such, the Company had previously recognized an intangible asset at the prior year acquisition date for this vendor relationship that was being amortized over a period of 11 years, which represented the expected period of benefits as of the acquisition date. As of December 31, 2024, the unamortized value of this vendor relationship intangible asset was approximately $4.9 million, which will be assessed for potential impairment or change in the amortization life of the intangible asset during the first quarter of 2025.
