10.                                            The Company had one major vendor that accounted for 11.5% and 13.2% of total purchases during the six months and three months, respectively, that ended June 30, 2014. The Company had two major vendors that accounted for 10.9% and 9.7% of total purchases during the six months ended June 30, 2013, and 13.5% and 10.9% of total purchases for the three months that ended June 30, 2013. The Company had three major customers that accounted for 16.7%, 15.1% and 11.1% of its total net sales during the six months ended June 30, 2014, and 17.5%, 14.5% and 11.5% of total net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2014. These same customers accounted for 12.5%, 14.5% and 9.0% of total net accounts receivable as June 30, 2014. The Company had three major customers that accounted for 15.0%, 13.9% and 12.0% of its total net sales during the six months ended June 30, 2013, and 15.6%, 13.3% and 12.6% of total net sales for the three months ended June 30, 2013.
